Distributor Rebate

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Participants will be eligible for a one-time $1,000 rebate for minimum purchase of 150 cases OR one-time $500 rebate for purchase of 75-149 cases OR one-time rebate of $100 for purchase of 25-74 cases of each selected Schwan’s Food Service product (“Eligible Products”): 73140, 74795, 74796, 63527, 63532, 63519, 63520, 60582, 60583, 60588, 60689, 60695, 69039, 69100, 69022, 59372, 66932, 66939, 70249, 70250, 70256, 69049, and 54036. Participants must sign-up to participate in this promotion between 10/1/2024-6/30/2025 by completing this form and submitting prior to the start of the selected six month period. A submitted sign-up form is required for participation. Participants must purchase the minimum number of cases as specified above of an Eligible Product within their chosen six month period to qualify for the rebate per Eligible Product. Participants are NOT eligible for the rebate under this promotion on any of the Eligible Products of which the participant is already stocking open coded and of which the participant has purchased an average of 20 or more cases per month in the six-month period prior to the selected six-month promotion window. Purchased products must be stocked open coded. Participants are responsible for freight and administrative costs on purchases. Request for rebate and submission of invoice copies is not necessary. Payment will be issued based on purchases of the selected product(s) and six month time period submitted on the signup sheet. Please allow 4-6 weeks for payment processing following the completion of the selected six month time period. Deductions, under any circumstance, are not allowed for the program and will be re-billed. The price of Eligible Products may change during the promotional window.
